*I-64/40 Reconstruction – The following lanes will be closed as part of the I-64 reconstruction work between July 7, 2008 and July 13, 2008.
Monday, July 7
- From 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Laclede Station Road will be reduced to one lane at I-64.
- From 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. one lane of northbound Lindbergh Boulevard will be closed at I-64.
- Beginning at 7:30 p.m. one lane of eastbound Clayton Road will be closed between Lindbergh Boulevard and I-64.
- Beginning at 9:00 p.m. one lane of westbound Clayton Road will be closed from the I-64 Clayton Road exit to Warson Road.
- From 10:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Clayton Road will be closed at I-64 for setting bridge girders.
Tuesday, July 8
- From 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Laclede Station Road will be reduced to one lane at I-64.
- From 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. one lane of northbound Lindbergh Boulevard will be closed at I-64.
- Beginning at 7:30 p.m. one lane of westbound Clayton Road will be closed between Conway Road and Warson Road.

St. Louis County
**Route 100 (Manchester Rd) at Ballpark Dr and west of Holloway Rd.- Pipe replacement construction in the right lane on Route 100 will begin Monday night, July 7th through July 15th. Westbound traffic will be shifted into the center turn lane to continue two lanes of traffic flowing in both directions. Construction will be in process between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm. Holloway Rd. at the Route 100 intersection will be closed during construction. Detour using Ballpark Dr. Use caution throughout this area.
I-55 at Reavis Barracks Rd. -Crews continue work on Northbound I-55 at exit 199. This project will have one lane of the exit ramp closed for construction throughout completion. Hours of construction are from 7am to 5 pm for day work. Occasional night work may be done between the hours of 7pm and 5am. The work consists of widening the East side of the ramp and removing and shifting the location of the existing island which, will result in three lanes for traffic. The work will also include new traffic signals. Construction is expected to be complete by August 2008.
*Route AC (New Halls Ferry Road) from Parker Road to south of Interstate 270- Crews will be resurfacing pavement on Route AC (New Halls Ferry Road from Parker Rd. to south of Interstate 270). Starting Monday, July 7, work will start with the southbound left lane of Route AC, move to the northbound right lane, and then the right lane southbound. Crews will close only one lane at a time. Daily closures from 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. This work is expected to be completed late July.
Route 67 (Lindbergh Boulevard) from east of the intersection of Route AC (New Halls Ferry Rd.) to west of the Route 367 interchange- Installation of concrete medians and highway lighting continues on Route 67 (Lindbergh Boulevard) from east of the intersection of Route AC (New Halls Ferry Road) to west of the Route 367 interchange. One lane of Route 67 in each direction will remain open while work is being done. This project is expected to be completed mid August.
Route 141 from the just north of the intersection of Route 40 to approximately one-mile south - No work is planned this week, various lane drops are possible for miscellaneous work.
Route 141 from the intersection of Route 30 to approximately one-mile south (Gravois Bluffs) – No work is planned this week; various lane drops are possible for miscellaneous work.
*Route 109 between Route CC (Wild Horse Creek Rd.) and Route 100 (Manchester Road) – No work is planned this week; various lane drops are possible for miscellaneous work. Paving will resume the week of July 14th with nighttime lane closures, weather permitting.
I-44 at Six Flags Rd. in Eureka – Grading and lighting work for a commuter parking lot at Six Flags Rd. in the city of Eureka. Crews have begun grading operations with an expected completion date of late July 2008. There should be minimal to no impacts to traffic.
I-170 at Olive Blvd. – Crews will be finishing up work associated with building the Olive Blvd. and Interstate 170 interchange. Crews will be working on sidewalk, grading, and other final tasks on the project. Drivers can expect occasional lane closures through the remaining work.
Route 21 from south of Butler Hill Rd. to just north of Lonedell Rd. - No work is planned this week, various lane drops are possible for miscellaneous work.
Lemay Ferry between Lindbergh & Reavis Barracks - Construction has started to install traffic signal interconnect systems. Lane closures are possible on Lemay Ferry Road between Lindbergh & Reavis Barracks and at Sappington Road & Gravois Road intersection between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
*Route 231 – Telegraph Bridge over I-255 -
All lanes on Route 231 and I-255 are now open. All detours have been removed. Lane closures can still be expected to allow for miscellaneous finish work. This job is scheduled to be complete summer of 2008.
Route 367 from Norma Lane south of Lindbergh Blvd. All work is complete. Only minor lane closures can be expected this spring for seeding and sodding operations.
*Clayton Rd. (Route HH) between Baxter and Clarkson Rd. (Route 340)– Clayton Road may be restricted to one lane at various times this week during non-rush hours with flaggers helping to direct traffic. Work continues between Kehr’s Mill and Baxter. Expect narrow lanes and flagging operations Monday thru Friday. The contractor will be placing the final striping. Use caution throughout this area.
*Various routes around St. Louis – Work has been complete on all routes. Clean up work is taking place on Route HH (Clayton Road), from Kehr’s Mill Road to Clarkson Road and on Ballas Road (Route JJ) from Conway to Route HH (Clayton Road).

St. Louis City
*Adelaide (Route H) Overpass - The contractor will be performing bridge deck repairs on the Adelaide bridge (Route H) between Hall Street and Route I-70 from 7:00 pm to 5:00 am. Expect narrow lanes and lane restrictions on the overpass.
Hampton Ave at I-44 to Sublette Bridge – Work is underway on the improvements to the eastbound on-ramp to Interstate 44 from Hampton Ave. Widening of the ramp and Sublette Bridge has started and is underway. Construction will be completed off the roadway during daytime and periodic nighttime work. Construction expected to be completed in August 2008.

St. Charles County
Route 61 at McCoy Creek – Traffic is advised to slow down through the work zone. Lanes have been narrowed and northbound traffic has been shifted to the left side of its respective bridge. Southbound traffic has been shifted to the right side of its respective bridge. Most work will occur behind temporary concrete barrier. Any work requiring a reduction in the number of lanes will occur between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays, with flaggers directing traffic on the remaining lane. This is part of a bridge-widening project over McCoy Creek.
Route 40 between Lake St. Louis Blvd and I-70 – Crews are clearing rock and grading for the new eastbound Route 40 lanes and the south service road. Crews have also begun construction on the south half of the bridge for Prospect Road.
- Crews have closed access to Route 40 from Prospect Road to allow material staging and bridge construction to begin. Traffic wishing to access Route 40 should detour through Callahan Road.
- Crews have closed access from Oak Bluff Drive to Route 40. To access the road, drivers need to take the Lake St. Louis Blvd. exit, go south to Hawk Ridge Circle and take a right. Take another right onto Freymuth Road, which leads to a newly completed extension that ties directly into Oak Bluff Drive.
- Crews have closed the intersection of Prospect Road and Corporate Parkway. The intersection will be closed until June 2008 as crews remove the old roadway, build up the surrounding road and pour concrete pavement.
Route 364 between Jungs Station Road and Jungermann Road – Crews will continue to lay pipe and box culverts for drainage along both the future North and South Service Roads. Weather permitting sub grading should begin and base rock placed for the future paving of the North and South Service Roads. Cinnamon Hills Road is closed at Harvester Road, the back entrance to Harvester Square Shopping Center, and the entrance to the US Bank. Woodstone Drive is closed at Haymarket Drive, and Centre Point Drive. Drivers should use alternate routes. This is part of Stage 1 Construction. Drivers should use caution as trucks will be entering and exiting the highway. This is the first section of Phase 2 Route 364. This job includes grading, concrete pavement, drainage, and a steel girder bridge at Harvester Road. The paving includes new north and south outer roads between Jungs Station Road to just east of Jungermann Road, and new Route 364 pavement from Jungs Station Road to just east of Woodstone Drive.
Route A over Route 61 in Wentzville – Crews are working on miscellaneous corrections from a recent semi-final inspection. All lanes on Route A and Route 61 are open to traffic.
Route N between Spring Orchard Drive and Meadowlake Drive– Crews have completed widening the roadway to make room for a left turn lane. Some construction traffic remains to complete shoulder work.

Jefferson County
Route 30 at Little Brennan- Lane restrictions will be in place as crews add turn lanes, widening of shoulders, and installation of new signals and lighting. This job is scheduled to be complete by October 2008.
Route 61 (Jeffco Blvd) at Richardson Road – Construction for roadway widening continues this week on the west side of the intersection. The right lane of southbound Route 61 and the right turn lane from Richardson Road onto southbound Route 61 will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. This job will widen Route 61 and replace traffic signals at Richardson Road. This job is scheduled to be complete by September 2008.
*I-55 West Outer Road at Seckman Road – On June 2, 2008 the West Outer Road was closed between Seckman Road and Old Antonia Road. This will allow for the demolition and building of the new bridge over Rock Creek. Due to recent flooding of Rock Creek, cofferdams are being installed so the construction of the new bridge can proceed. Flaggers may be in place daily at this location from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to allow trucks access to job site. The roadway is expected to be open to traffic by August 13, 2008. The job is scheduled to be complete by Oct. 3, 2008.
New Rte 21 from Old Rte 21 to Hayden Rd. - Old Rte 21 is closed at New Rte 21 for construction of the new interchange. Traffic can detour the ramp bypass or Schenk Rd. This project consists of relocating Rte 21 between Old Rte 21 and Hayden Rd.
Rte 61/67 at Joachim Creek – Rte 61/67 will have daily lane closures to complete bridge rehabilitation work (weather permitting). This project is scheduled to be complete by summer 2008.
*Rte 61/67 (Jeffco Blvd) from Meramec Bottom to Route M – Construction is ongoing along Jeffco Blvd to install traffic signal interconnect systems at various locations of Route 61/67. Southbound Rte 61/67 will have a right lane closure at various locations between Meramec Bottom Road and Route M. Also, there will be right lane closures at various locations on Route M from Rte. 61/67 to Catlin Road during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, weather permitting. This project is scheduled to be complete July 2008.
Rte BB from Rte 21 and Rte 30 - Rte BB is open at Sand Creek. Expect daily one-way traffic lane closures for cross drainage replacement Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm. This project consists of cross drainage replacement, roadway realignment at Old Baker School Rd. This project is scheduled to be complete by fall 2008.

Franklin County
Route 100 east of South Point Rd. to Route AT in the City of Washington -
Utility relocations and clearing and grubbing operations are ongoing. Starting July 7 until August 4, Old Rte 100 will be closed from Jones Lane to Rte V except for local traffic. Excavation and drainage work will begin July 7 on Rte 100. There should be only minimal impacts to traffic. This project will widen Route 100 from the City of Washington going to east to Route I-44. The project is expected to be completed by late Summer 2010.
Route 100 west of the City of Washington near Route 185- This project is a bridge replacement over Little Boeuf Creek. Traffic has been diverted to the temporary bypass until the new bridge is completed some time this fall. Project expected to be completed by late November 08.
Route 30 at Route 47 over the BNSF Railroad in St. Clair– Traffic switched to the new bridge over BNSF railroad. Traffic remains one lane in each direction to allow for construction at several locations. Project completion expected by late August.
Route 185 at I-44 in Sullivan – Crews closed the I-44 south outer road at Route D on Thursday, June 19. The outer road traffic will be detoured onto the newly improved West Springfield Road in Sullivan. Residents living along West Springfield should be cautious of the increased traffic speed and volume. This outer road closure is expected to last approximately six weeks, weather permitting, and involves the reconstruction of the south outer road to meet the new Route D intersection. A signed detour will be placed along the I-44 south outer road, directing traffic through West Springfield Road. The project is expected to be complete by the fall of 2008.
