Route 100 at Little Boeuf Creek
Bridge Replacement Project
Why does the Route 100 bridge at Little Boeuf Creek need a new bridge?
The Route 100 bridge over Little Boeuf Creek (just east of Route 185) was built in approximately 1934 and desperately needs to be replaced. This bridge has narrow 11-foot lanes and no shoulders.
What Is MoDOT doing to improve this road?
MoDOT will replace the current Route 100 bridge over Little Boeuf Creek. The new bridge will have two 12-foot lanes and two 4-foot outside shoulders. A temporary bridge will be constructed immediately to the north of the existing bridge to maintain two-way traffic during construction. Speed limits will be reduced during construction.
Estimated Project Cost:
The project to replace the Route 100 bridge at Little Boeuf Creek was awarded to Pace Construction for $910,000.
