- UCR final rule published August 24

- Missouri legislation awaits Governor's signature. If signed into law, Missouri will participate in UCR in 2009 and, after August 28, enroll brand new carriers into 2008 UCR.

- 2008 registration now open. 2007 fees must be paid before 2008 registration is valid. MoDOT advises carriers to carry copies of UCR receipt in truck cabs.
