Why is MoDOT doing this project?

Traffic in the area will increase as development creates jobs, deliveries and activity in the area. Transportation improvements will ensure safety, access and traffic flow.

How will this project benefit me?

There are three components to the proposed improvements, including:

  • Thunderbird Road Botts Road and Route 150 Interchange (Separately funded project)

North of Route 150, and connecting to developments south of 150, Botts Road improvements include two lanes in each direction, medians/turn lanes as well as bike and pedestrian accommodation.
