BENTON COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold an open-house public information meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2006 to discuss the ongoing location and environmental study of the future widening on U.S. 65 between the Route 52/Cole Camp junction and Warsaw. The meeting will take place between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the Lincoln School located at 101 West Lamine Street in Lincoln. The meeting will be held in the cafeteria. Access for the physically disabled is available.
During the open-house public information meeting, no formal presentations will be made. The public may attend the meeting at any time during the advertised hours to speak with MoDOT and consultant staff about the project.
Various project displays will be available at the meeting and the public is encouraged to ask questions and provide input. All comments will be taken into consideration and made a part of the project file.
