Plans can be viewed online by anyone by following this LINK. 

To download, print or order plans requires MoDOT vendor access to the plansroom system.  Please see below for information on how to receive a vendor number. 

Vendors can order plans by using the link to the MoDOT plans room on MoDOT bid opening information web page at http://www.modot.org/business/contractor_resources/bidOpenIndex.shtml . 

              Prime Contractor.

All contractors bidding on MoDOT construction projects must be prequalified to bid before any bid is accepted from them.  During the prequalification process a vendor number is assigned and can be used to access plans.  Please follow this link for more information on becoming prequalified to bid and obtaining a prime contractor vendor id.    LINK

           Subcontractor.

When a prime contractor selects a subcontractor to work for them, the subcontractor must register with MoDOT before they can work on our right-of-way.  A vendor number is assigned during registration.  Please follow this link for more information on registering as a subcontractor.    LINK

              Not A Prime Contractor Or Subcontractor, But Still Want To Dowload, Print, or Order Plans?

The plansroom system that allows access to download, print or order plans requires a vendor number.  If an entity has not received a vendor number by performing contracting work with MoDOT, a vendor number can be issued for the sole purpose of accessing the plans.  Please see the section below for more information.

Obtaining a Vendor number for the purpose of accessing the plansroom system.

Any entity who wishes to download, print, or order plans for MoDOT projects but does not wish to do actual construction work may request a MoDOT vendor number by contacting Susan Buechter at 573-751-8305 or faxing your request to 573-526-5640 or emailing your request to Susan.Buechter@modot.mo.gov.  The following information is required to be assigned a MoDOT vendor number:

Name, address, e-mail address, and phone number.

After submitting this information, you will be assigned a vendor number.  Once a vendor number is assigned, the new vendor will have full access to download, order and print by the following morning.
